Meal 1:
- Raspberry Hibiscus tea (+truvia)
- 1/2c oats (+1/2 banana, wheat germ, flaxseed, CHB, dark choco chips, bee pollen)
- 1.5 egg whites (+mushroom, spinach,cumin)
Meal 2:
- Leftover beef&bean stew
- Slice of homemade honey whole wheat bread
- Edamame
Meal 3:
- Iced Coconut Caco Tea (+soymilk, agave nectar)
- Cottage cheese (+scoop of ON chocolate whey, CHB)
Meal 4:
- 2 Egg-in-a-hole toasts
- 2 slices of bacon
- Honey Lemon Ginseng tea (+truvia)
Today was really productive for me. I did a lot of laundry, and spent a majority of the day working on our bedroom. I weeded out some clothes I dont want anymore, and organized my dresses and skirts. I also reorganized my shoes (SO much better - I have at least 30 pairs of shoes ... is that normal??? haha). I just organzied and cleaned and it looks so much better!
I also did Gilad15 Back, and then Arms. Zumba was good today, I was really into it! On Wednesday she's doing a Halloween costume contest, and Im excited to wear my fancy puffy tutu to Zumba haha.
I have been avoiding my computer a lot lately in exchange for other things - reading, cleaning, video games. But Im starting to neglect my email and facebook! Oh well, cant have it all I suppose!
