Is it Friday yet?
Breakfast:
- Peppermint tea (+truvia)
- Sweet Potato Protein Pancakes (+PB, chia seeds)
Morning Snack
- Pita & Hummus
Lunch
- Whole wheat tortilla (+chicken, avocado, mozzarella, spinach, red bellpepper)
- Greek yogurt for dipping
- White Ginseng tea (+agave nectar)
Afternoon snack
- Protein Smoothie (+splash each of kefir, soymilk and coconut milk, scoop of ON vanilla whey, frozen blueberries, PB, handful dark choco chips, flaxseed, raw oats)
Dinner
- 1 piece of turkey bacon
- Marinated tofu, baked in oven
- Kale chips (+ketchup)
- Sleepytime tea (+agave nectar)
Im so bloated and gassy from Auntie Flo, I just want to lay in bed and not do ANYTHING! Oh well.
I did 35min on the elliptical, then chest and triceps. I also did a little Zumba in front of the mirror since nobody was at the gym :) But once I got home, I was just exhausted. Hubby worked from home today, and helped out with Pepper so I could rest. My arm is still pretty painful, but getting better, I suppose.
Tomorrow I think I'll go to Target and look at Halloween decorations :) I may take the day off from exercise. Im just so sore and tired! I'm so ready for the weekend.
