I'm so glad my gym is offering childcare on Tues/Thurs mornings now!! From Mon-Thurs I was at the gym or Zumba from around 6:15 - 7:45 or so. It's so nice to be home in the afternoon!! We played outside, I watched some TV, and I got dinner finished a little early! I love cooking clean and healthy, and being able to feed my daughter anything off my plate. She usually just eats what I eat! It makes me feel really good to know I'm doing what's best for her. I had a friend with a 4 year old, and I remember watching her make her lunch one time. On 2 slices of white bread, she spread generic peanut butter, squeezed on honey, and on the side was cheetos. Even before clean eating I was appalled!

Anyway, day 2 of my wicked road rash is hell. It's oozy and very painful. The injury on my shoulder is really tender too, but thankfully doesn't need to be bandaged. I realized I must have smashed pretty hard into my shoulder muscle, because the muscle today is extremely sore and tender. I think I can see a bruise blossoming. I'm grateful that I HAD muscle there to protect my joints! The scrapping on my hip is very itchy. For now, I'm just putting antibacterial gel on the big wound, and dressing it. I learned the hard way that I need to be changing the dressing every 3 hours or so, because pulling off a gauze that's completely stuck to it was almost worse than getting the injury in the first place! Luckily, I think I'll be okay to do Boot camp and Zumba tomorrow.

This morning was elliptical for 40min and then back and bicep. I think I'll start making some new exercise sets, since I'm nearing the 4 week mark, and I don't want my body to get complacent!

As an aside, I started my period today, so I'm bracing for bloating and grumpiness!!
