I made it to work today. Took a round about way to get here since part of the 95 is still closed. And then Warwick Mall, a mile from my work is DESTROYED! The parking lot is a lake and latest reports say there is 3 feet of water inside.
Obama may also be coming to RI to look at the damage first hand.
I also can't do a lot of work while at work because MMIS (RI Medicaid database) is down. The main server was stored at a building that is now flooded. The office has 3 feet of water in it. They are not sure when MMIS will be up and running again. This sucks. Without this program I can't check if a medicaid member is qualified for the manage care program I help run. I also can't look up any of their claim info (hospital, pharmacy etc...) either. Double suck.
