Bloody goodness
I said, a photo a day, but I spent the entire Saturday at the Ciudad video shoot. Then, Sunday was spent in church and getting fourteen and a half hours of sleep, afterwards. But, the real reason is, my battery charger has been stolen and I still haven't found a replacement. I want to post a whimsical photo from the shoot but my camera is dead. If you know where I can buy a charger for a Canon Powershot G9, kindly let me know :)
I'm posting this instead, after viewing this devil of a website repeatedly today.
Kanin Club serves this lovely dish called Crispy Dinuguan and it's SO good with steaming white rice. It's a hodgepodge of crispy pork skin, tender meat, chillies and blood--or, could be best described as chicharong dinuguan. I never liked dinuguan before but became a convert after tasting this. I still salivate whenever I remember that day. In fact, I'm salivating now as I type.
This is my best food discovery for the year 2008, something my mom would not probably approve of.
