Hello again, LiVEJOURNAL!
So I haven't posted in almost a year, I realize this and I also realize that most likely no one will read this. Though I am continuing because I had the sudden urge to post something, to update my page, and to completely redo my layout. here goes. step one: posting.
I would like for all my 'friends' to know that I am a junior in college now... can you believe that when I got this I was only 14! I have a dog named Merry Mac(intosh) he is a boston terrier. I am in a relationship. I have a duplex that I share with my sister. My bike is amazing and his name is Cadillac. Back to college, my major is Art History minoring in Creative Writing... I have plans on attending grad school most likely in law. I love sending mail, receiving mail (other than bills). I love to read perez hilton. I cry at commercials. I drink dr. pepper too much. I love candy. I drive a honda that I have wrecked in silly occurences... more on that later. My sister's dog is named reba, she is a collie mix. my favorite band is still radiohead. I love hello kitty. still. I want to steal my neighbor's dog virginia because she is an angel pup!
and now... I thought I would include a random piece of writing from class:
The Place Where I am (in-class assignment)
The rapidly blowing wind turns the leaves into a waterfall. One that you would hear in Yosemite if you were a mile away. Or even an artificial one in your local theme park that leads to the generic splash mountain. Despite the sounds of construction, cars, passerby's and even the repeatitive clicking of pens, the waterfall makes you feel calm in this forgotten nook. This nook that displays the honors and the money of alumni past--- taken for granted by those who enjoy the accomplishments of others. They are hoping to be the same, be the next Bashinsky, allow someone else to take advantage of their accomplishments. Just like those waterfalls. Taken for granted, whether they were placed here by God or man. We who are experiencing them take for granted those who created them and their acheivements.
Yeah not the best, we had to sit in an area on campus and describe where we were... this was the place I was taken... it probably could expand more. we shall see!
