(no subject)
wow, i can actually update! for the past days firefox has just closed whenever i've opened the update page. well, i hope you've all had some wonderful holidays! i'm at my parents' and pretty much doing nothing except knitting.
oh well, paris was great! even tho' our friend wasn't there, hehe. we stayed at a hostel close to the bastille and a couple of other friends from high school happened by pure coincidence to stay just a couple of blocks away. on the first day i bought some yarn, and we wandered around. ole-tommy took photos of record shops because that's a project of his. at night we ate and went out drinking with helga & stein (the other two living close to us, that is). the next day we slept too long and then went up the eiffel tower. that was kind of boring but now that i've done it i'll hopefully never have to do it again! the day after that we visited louvre, pretty much just to see venus de milo and mona lisa. when that was done we went shopping and i met vodka_lemonade!

and the two of us together, even tho' i guess most of you've already seen this
the last day we did the rest of our shopping and went home. we all agreed it was a nice trip;) more photos are here and here.
and why i'm frustrated right now? because it's impossible to update on vox! everything's fucking slow there anyway, so i think i need a new place for my knitting blog. any advices, except from lj?
