Wow- I'm way past do for an update.... I've been distracted by the greatest guy, and loving every moment of it.
Ron is just amazing. He's finishing his masters this spring. So proud of him! He wants to tour different colleges for his doctorate and asked me to go with him. He actually wants my opinion! He said that if he ends up moving- he wants me to go with him. Can you believe it? A mature guy that not only wants my opinion about what university he goes to... and wants me to move with him! I'm not tried down to living here forever- I should get away while I can.
Also- if I'm working a late shift, he'll cook me supper to coax me into visiting him. How cute is that? After I eat, he gives me a back rub and asks all about my day.
Work has been... well... interesting.
I work 48 hours a week. My male client- I don't think they'll need me much longer. It was a simple case that the mom needed a better boyfriend.
My girl client--- is a handful. Very bad past, in foster care, and even the foster family is shitty. She needs a lot of one-on-one attention, which they can't/won't give her. It's been about 2 weeks since her last bath or the last time she brushed her teeth. Oh my- she stunk so bad yesterday that I about threw up. It's not right! I have a feeling CYS is going to be involved here soon. Which will make it more difficult when I have to work in the house. I'm not very comfortable in the house when I do work there. She needs to be moved to another home.
Well- time for my date on the treadmill. I've lost 10 pounds so far. Only 15 pounds to go.
