Went up to see the parents this weekend. Spent both afternoons out by the pool, which makes this the first tan of the year! Yaaaaay finally!
Came home to a FAT check from TUSD ($800) that I definitely was not expecting. So now I can pay Tommy back for the cruise, and I can buy plane tix too before the prices go way up. And that still leaves me some money for... what? I dunno! Time to go to Express, I guess!
My tooth is feeling better from the root canal. Actually it was never my tooth that hurt, just the gums all around it. I've been hoarding my Vicodin for play-time later, and just been popping Motrin IB for the pains. The thing with Motrin though is that it knocks me out. zzzzzz
Had some good old adobo for dinner. I really miss home-cooking sometimes. I just need to find it in me to actually cook... I've been lazy. Maybe at the new place, when it's actually MY kitchen and not a community area, then maybe I'll cook more.
On a side note... I'm absolutely sure it's just me being on the rebound, but I'm really into this guy Mike right now. Unfortunately he lives in Florida. Yea, we met on a cruise last year.
