Meet Elliot!
New bike! He's awesomeeeee. :D
Single speed Peugeot. I bought him for $75 and fixed him up by adding parts from my old (crashed and completely unrideable Maddy in the background there) bike. It took me about an hour to figure out how to correctly wrap the handlebar tape my god. I wanted a triangle frame but settled for mixte after all because I couldn't find a triangle frame small enough for my short azn legs lol.
He's really light! I could carry him up the stairs so much easier than Maddy.
Really worried about running out of time ;_; too much to deal with. Urghhhh.
- Working on a 30-page research paper on gypsy music incorporated into classical violin music with a focus on Sarasate's Zigeunerweisen and Ravel's Tzigane. The reading is piling up over my head and I'm behind already because I was forced to change my initial topic from Otology at the last minute.
- Preparing for my senior recital also doubling with my graduate school audition CD. Too much to learn omfg. I'm having to re-learn everything from basics because I decided to no longer play with a shoulder-rest. It took me a long time to decide, but after extensive research and experimenting, I decided to go without it. I should've chosen this to be my research topic.
- Both of my jobs as orchestra manager and Shoki waitress lol. Still studying to memorize everything on Shoki's menu and it's ingredients. Soon I'll have to pass the menu test and food safety test. Also managing for my teacher(s) seems to always take more time than I expect.
- Been trying to sleep at least 6 hours. It's hard, so hard orz orz I just never want to go to sleep.
- Have bronchitis. I'm strong against colds/fevers, but it always leads to bronchitis. I can't take meds for it cause I'm allergic to it D:
A simple uncomfortable issue at hand... a guy who graduated last semester whom I also thought moved away... is still in the area. I saw him at school and he mentioned wanting to see me again. Hmm.. ;\ Never really went out with him, but after finding out he was interested in me, I didn't answer and we just acted normal cause he had a gf at the time and I didn't want to get involved in that. Also not my type ;; he's kinda... opposite of my type. I know my type very well XD Fufufu <3
