On a brighter note!
ooking back, most of my posts this year have been about what's been going wrong (I do seem to be giving off some sort of pheromone that is driving people crazy, and definitely NOT in a good way...). So I figured I'd do one about one of the things that has been going very right -
BAAAABY HOOORSE!!!!
(with apologies in advance to those of you who have suffered the deluge of Roxy Pics on fb ;p)
So! Last year we introduced Ms Ziggy to one Mr Oke Boy . Things obviously went well, because after a Full YEAR of waiting, she produced...
Ms Roxy! A creature of much prettiness, fluffiness and legs. Mostly Legs.
we brought her home and she grew and grew and we have had a LOT of fun teaching her stuff and playing around....
she learned about birds!
Also head collars. She preferred birds ;p
She tried working out how to use the legs, not always successfully...
Sometimes better than others tho!
she got bigger!! We took the bars off after this so she could see out ;p
and learned about Wearing Clothes
at 3 months, she got her very own big girl food. Reaching it was tricky...
She also learned how to pose very prettily!
we hung out together in the field a lot when it was sunny
she also continued to improve re. legs. Lots of BOUNCE!
at about 4 and half months, she learned about Being Tied Up, and took to it remarkably well!! Probably because there was also food ;)
Dressing up lessons continued, tho the saddle cloth seem to have shrunk!!
Still full of BOUNCE tho,
And also, apparently, the ability to levitate!
At 6 months, getting BIG and just the prettiest thing in the world ;)
