The scottish guy is a bad sprain not broke so he is lucky lucky
WOrse than the still is probably the montage of it on youtube which me and dan discovered on sat night
complete with appropriately maudlin music :P

Ah, I only had a quick look for him, supposed to be cutting down net use at work

... WHY would you watch that? WHY??
My ankle hurts just thinking about it (Because it's All About Me of course ;p), seeing the pictures nearly made me ill!

Tis not too bad if you don't mind the bit where his foot is sideways and the leg going the other way :P

Yes. See I can remember mine doing something similar and peering at it and saying "it's not meant to do that, is it?" Shock is a wonderful thing to be in at times like that ;p
