You probably have all heard but if not, I am changing jobs. I decided to look for better opportunities than my current position and BAM! got hit with an awesome offer to work once more with a smart trustworthy funny person.
So I accepted and after all the counteroffer panic don't go bullshit at the current place has settled and been rejected, I am now allowed to tell people I am leaving.
My last day is Dec 31 - with a vaca (scheduled in Aug) Dec 19-28.
I start my new gig Jan 5. It's in Bedford, Ma. So yes, I will have to drive - but it's like 13 miles. Same industry and similar position but smaller and friendlier and funner place.
So yeah. Officially awesome.
