Dang, for fluffy ricey goodness, I boil 1 cup rice to 2 cups water, reduce it to low for 20 mins and then turn the heat off and leave it with the lid on for another 10 and I have never burned it. Always interesting to see how other people are doing stuff. I just use any 2 quart saucepan with a tight lid and a wooden spoon.
