I found a psychologist in town and she performed an evaluation. It cost me 300 dollars, due to a lack of insurance, not to mention an extremely short notice. Her faxed evaluation should've reached the Peace Corps yesterday, and everything should now be back on track.
Today, I apologized to two friends I offended two years ago. I figured it was time, as I hope to be leaving next month, not to be seen for another two years. The response was positive. I guess we can all move on now.
