I hate everyone
So Lady was attacked/bitten by the neighbor's dog. Then he (the owner I guess) cussed me out rather than pull the dogs back. I could not reach him, nor did I want to cuz he was all cussing me out and shit, so I left a note saying I was filing a police report and going to file a civil suit for the amount of my dog's vet bills, but it would be easier if we just agreed for him to pay for the bill. I phrased it differently but basically said for him to pay or else. So, he callled me at fucking midnight (I left my phone number on the note) and acted like he knew nothing about the situation, then said he'd pay mee Friday, then said he'd give me a post dated check instead. Then he called back at like one in the morning saying to meet him at the apartment office at 10:30 today. So, I met him and he was all saying how I wass threatening him in my letter. I told him he was cussing me out and I was not eager to resolve the situation with him personally--which is why I was planning to file a civil suit and have the courts/judge as a mediator. Anyway, so his girlfriend wrote me a check dated today and asked me to sign all these papers saying they paid me. It was so unnecessarily retarded. I wish people would just fucking take responsibility of their dogs.
