my memory is pretty shitty now so i could be wrong on some points. we all went to warped together? in columbus, remember? i know you were there and amanda and someone else. anyway, if it's the correct warped tour i'm remembering--i had to interview something like 10 bands early in the day for that site i was working, musicohio (http://www.musicohio.com/interviews/yellowcard.html).
i only ended up doing like five or six of the interviews because, as i recall, we ended up roaming around aimlessly and eating margaritas and later ended up with bopper's band and the porn-wagon.
is this right so far? because i know we did a few all day festivals together and they kind of all run together.
anyway, before i blather on, the story i wrote about meeting the guy over eggs at breakfast--that's fake. i think you were with me when i tried to get food passes and no one would give them to us haha. unless that was someone else. anyway, i met them via the interviews i had to do that morning.
wanted to add: i met them that day but i didn't give two shits about them. they were playing one of the mash-up crap-band stages so--you know my stuck up ass--i didn't think a second about them. i didn't even watch them play even though i interviewed them.
so the whole 'love at first site' thing i wrote about, it's a little embelished. but it sounds much more romantic that way, hah.
LOL! Yes I was with you when you were suppose to be "interviewing" the bands. Oh it was me, you Amanda and her sister Natalie. I dont know why or how we ditched everyone and went off wondering and ended up on Boppers porn RV! I dont think I was with you for the food pass thing but i could have been..there has been ALOT of alcohol consumption for me since that show (that was like 04? HOLY FUCK!) I like it embellished though because it did its job, created emotion over something that hasnt happened. That is why I LOVE your writing...haha However, the skeleton of this story is true, regardless of how much of the story you have changed.
