Oh jeeze, I honestly couldn't stand Zelos at all. Mithos/Genis is of the win though. I'm really a fan of Kratos/Raine even though it lacks NO CANON simply because the art is really well done.

And I have this art of young!Mithos/Kratos and it's really hot and that scares me.
