(no subject)
Well I've had the house to myself the past few days
it's been really nice
I enjoy being able to walk around wearing whatever
and keeping coke in the fridge
it's just relaxing
Joseph's home now though but he's very rarely here with me so it's not too bad
I probably need to put some laundry in while he's out with his friends
otherwise he's going to take it over
again
the weight I lost has been regained
it's just so hard to stay on track
I need someone to start walking with me
for some reason once I get into the habit of exercising
I get excited about it
and look forward to exercising
and then it makes it easier to eat healthy
anyway...there it is
if anyone's looking for a workout partner let me know
but I don't run...my knees don't cooperate
I'm going back to the doctor tomorrow
which sucks but oh well
get some more night time cough syrup
and maybe some day time cough syrup
and x-rays? my dad's concerned about pneumonia or something
but I don't feel crappy enough to think it would be that
we'll see
yesterday was a crazy day at work
well, kinda...
it was actually really slow at the beginning
which was good because I had a lot of work to catch up on
still haven't finished it
but then in the last hour we were open, 3 emergencies came in
-2 puppies seizing...probable distemper...owner had no money
-hit by car...ended up being a lot better than it potentially could have been, dog's having orthopedic surgery Monday morning to fix her hip and knee. This was initially a "no money" owner as well but he's finding a way...carecredit, asking for help from friends and family, and we're working out a plan with him...he's a really nice guy and really cares about this dog
-cat who couldn't breathe...maybe blastomycosis? interesting
we were there until about 7 (we close at 5:30)...definitely not the latest I've ever been there
today was a good day...steady
only one "emergency" and it was related to an emergency we had earlier in the week
so it wasn't unexpected
parvo sucks though
tomorrow's Easter
I will not be going to church
sorry, God
since my parents are out of town we're just going to do dinner with Mema and Uncle Mike
that's perfectly fine with me
I love ham...and reese's peanut butter eggs
yumm!
My parents are in Miami
I've never been to Miami
they're there for a tennis tournament
they're going to see the men's finals and women's doubles finals
Federer is out though
I don't know who's playing
I should look that up
they went to the everglades and did an airboat tour
and a water taxi thing
they're coming home on Monday
gotta get rid of the tequila before then lol
margaritas!!!
