As you enter the room, on the counter you see five syringes, each holding a different color fluid: one red, one clear, one black, one sickly green, one clear tinted light yellow, and one watery white.
There's a note next to them, theoretically intended for whoever handed out drugs in this delightful little facility. It's smeared with - you guessed it! - more blood, so only what follows is readable.

Just got the test results back. The xxxx definitely worked the fastest, flu-like symptoms, burst blood vessels, the whole bit in about five minutes. Should be the most effective for eliminating the bastards. xxxx seemed to have properties essentially like heroin, and let me tell you, from the way these people were reacting, it must have been a terrific high. They were the lucky ones, haha.
xxxx was another killer, but not as fast. It had some really interesting effects on the bowels, though...good thing no one's going to miss the people we tested this shit on. And they think the mayor's doing such a good job getting rid of all those pesky homeless folks! It's amazing what they'll let you shoot them up with when you promise them a bed and a meal, I'll tell you that.
xxxx was the best sophorific I've ever seen. Really impressive, we should bottle this shit! Of course, the not waking up again is a bit of a side effect...we'll work that out.
Now, about xxxx. This one got a really weird reaction, participants reported 'knowing' things they 'weren't meant to know', said they kept seeing doors. A lot of them wanted to know if they were seeing 'the way out,' whatever that means. Toss that one, I guess!
