Obviously, Wanda is at the bar. She is, in fact, just getting in--she went and got, of all freaking things, Christmas lights. The white ones. She sets the bag down on a table and takes out strings, unwrapping them slowly (they're all tangled up, predictably). Obviously, they will go around the newly glassed windows. Why? 'cause it's pretty. This is perfect logic in Wandaland, okay. Plus it wasn't like anyone was using them.
It's at least 6:30, a few hours before near-summer dark sets in, and she's taping up the strings, creating careful little designs. It's almost, almost artistic, in as much as that is feasible with Christmas decorations in early May.
She's REALLY trying to keep her mood up.
