2010
As the year draws to a close, I thought I would make some notes about what happened to me throughout 2010. Some things memorable of course :P
Jan - had a quarrel with someone because I forgot to celebrate someone's birthday with him. to be honest, birthdays have little meaning to me. I have only wished someone if I happened to remember it is his birthday on that day, else no. but since I have received quite a few birthday greetings myself this year, I shall try very hard to remember those who had wished me well and return the greeting to them come 2011 :)
Feb - my maternal grandma passed away on the 2nd day of CNY. it has been a long time since I attended a wake. I sincerely hope that grandma is well wherever she is right now...
Mar - I dropped out of the accounting degree which I have took up in the beginning of the year. too much distraction and other admin matters. 5k opportunity cost gone down the drain.
Apr - bkk trip. an earlier entry has been made about the trip. definitely will visit bkk again if everything goes well.
May - job hunting in progress. it was not exactly pleasant but it was an eye opener nonetheless. it led me to conclude 'if it is yours, it will be yours' and I think this kind of attitude serves me well.
Jun - ICT. already the 4th... one of the signs I am aging.
Sep - my last abs visit was on 05 Sep, Hari Raya Puasa. not much of a crowd and needless to say it was not much fun.
Oct - new job!!
Dec - SCMS, first attempt with a timing of erm 7:03.. obviously my engine has gone rusty since ORD.
20 more days before 2010 closes.
