254, dropped two pounds since last week. Less than I'd like, but the new job has been interfering with getting cardio. But I joined University Fitness today, so that should be changing, and I should be getting exercise either before or after work every day. And at the very least, I'm in shipping and receiving. Lots of lifting. LOTS.
