So, weighed myself this morning post workout. 256, pretty much on the nose. Means I've lost 8 and a half pounds since I started working out. (maybe more, I gain about a pound or so in water during my workout, because I make sure to down a whole lot of water to keep well hydrated. It has displayed about a pound to a two pound difference between weighing myself before and after.)
So far, not eating like a total goddamned fool and doing now 40 minutes of cardio every day seems to be working. Hooray.
I think I'm going to try to post my progress here every week.
