+I've been cutting way back on the amount of Coke I drink. (Though I type this with one on my desk.)
+I'm handling this all much better than I thought I would. I am being careful not to dump it all over Anthony or anyone else while at the same time asking for what I need.

-I'm stuck at my desk all day today. I want to go upstairs and shelve or something else movable.
*Winter is my least favourite season. It's cold and it's wet and there is a distinct lack of sun. Last year I had a pact with myself to keep things positive and not complain too much. This year I have no such restriction.
