Well, I watched PotC with the commentary of Keira Knightley and Jack Davenport, which, if you haven't seen it, I would recommend it. Keira and Jack are so funny. Keira is unbelievably hyper and normal. I know that sounds a little odd, but she sounds just like the rest of us.
And, I have more news from the lovely Metro. This time is about
'Pin-up elf Orlando Bloom is working his pixie-boots off, attending premieres for Return of the King worldwide, but has plans to rest on his pert laurels soon.
'"I've bought a place in London and I'm having my first break in a long time. I'm going to get myself sorted out," he says. "I feel as if I've been in a work-related time warp from the ages of 22 to 26."
'Lovelorn Bloom-o-philes might have a wait on their hands to see him in action again, as the Pirates of the Caribbean sequel isn't due to hit screen until 2006.'
Although they're conveniently forgetting about Troy, and also the Calcium Kid (although I don't know when that's going to be released) and isn't he doing something called Kingdom of Heaven as well? I think he's also involved in another film which he's co-producing too, starring alongside Gabriel Byrne, although I think that was just a rumour.
I love the way they make it sound as though he is *actually* an elf, and goes around wearing pixie-boots! *g*
Well, it's our ceilidh tonight, and surprisingly, almost all the tickets have been sold. I was quite amazed when I found that out, so things might be looking up on that score.
On a much more depressing note, I've discovered that I have a grand total of £50 to last me until my next loan cheque, which isn't due until the 12th January. Eek! I've clearly been spending too much money on DVDs. *shame-faced* But they're all so pretty!
And Christmas/birthday presents. Gah! I've not even bought all mine yet. Everyone is just going to have to wait until the January sales.
