Scared away another one

So yesterday, after a week delay and one day of orientation, a new guy finally started on our team. Spent a good chunk of the day training him in on some of the basics. I come in today and get news from my leader that the guy had left a voice mail saying he was not coming back. Bastard.

Team consensus is that he was just waiting for a better offer, and then got it, but he is still a weasel for leading us on like this. I feel so violated.
