Missed my arts? Doubt so :P Here is something new, anyway.
Rating G. Coloured pencils. I wanted to try something new. And I switched to quasi-realism it seems.
Nobody is burning anything here - the butterfly is made of flames.
A little tribute to Saint Seiya, with some random Specter. Meet Chimera (OC) - that's why you get flames here. She hs a habit of playing with fire. Brought to you with a little help of Hypnos and Thanatos - at least once the guys did something good XD (read: I couldn't imagine what the shading should look like so I grabbed one of Saint Seiya volumes I posses to look for reference. It happened to be the one in which Surplices of the Twin Gods were presented at the end).
So... I failed at anatomy, perspective and probably at shading, too, because I had no idea what light on such a metal thing would look like. Ah... and I know that the armour (or rather Surplice as it's called in the manga) is asymmetric. So, if you really want to say something, you can skip this part and move to something else.
I'm really really angry for a few reasons at least. I've just lost the bigger file with all the corrections I made to this picture and now I have a small corrected version and uncorrected big one *curses* And I also hate the official colour scheme for Specters - c'mon... Black only >.< I spent almost one day trying to get the metal look right and it still doesn't look well.
