Montreal
I am trying to figure out what to do about Montreal. I can apparently fly from Seattle to DFW on Dec 18 to NYEC on Dec 29 to Seattle on Jan 6 for $440, which is probably insanely cheap and I should probably buy this thing before it's $700.
I kind of want to take a train at some point because I haven't done that in a while and I have the idea in my head that taking a train through the Adirondacks or Catskills or whatever in the snow would be nice. The options for this would be between NYEC and Montreal or between NYEC and Syracuse (at which point I would have to figure out how to get from Syracuse to Ithaca).
Is anyone interested in training between NYEC and Montreal?
It looks like the train going west doesn't run on Dec 29, so if I took it to Syracuse, I would have a day to kill in NYEC before taking the train on Dec 30.
Does anyone have travel dates figured out yet?
I think I'm going to have cereal for lunch.
