http://www.ExecCrossing.com is a good source of jobs because it because it only shows you jobs from employer websites and every other job board out there. The site has more jobs than any other website. This is a good way to track down jobs because these jobs are often not advertised.

I use it two, three times a day for all of my executive job needs. I would say that it is far superior to its competitor (the one with the name of that thing you climb that isn't stairs) because it isn't pretentious and it is more upfront about what it has to offer. yep
