as someone said on my last picture entry, i rarely show potraits that i've taken, so this entry is to showcase the "people photos" that i've taken.

an oldie but a goodie. a konica minolta dimage A1. it stopped working in march, but that was the CCD issue it had with this type of camera, so i got it fixed at no charge! it's only 5MP, but it's perfect :)

I love these! Especially the first one! And the costumes are really interesting too. When I was serious about photography, portraits were always the hardest for me....you have to ask someone if you can take their picture, and have it look spontaneous...I remember doing a drive by photo session downtown where a friend just drove in circles around busy streets and I'd lean out and take pictures....but then I felt weird and went back to taking pictures of friends instead of strangers :/ Oh yeah, and I remember one time I was in Washington D.C. and there was some old timey guy dressed as George Washington, and I took his picture without asking and I think he was upset coz he's all frowning in the picture...but you have to expect people to take your picture when your dressed up!
