Bloody Hell!

After being chuffed with my layout, I come into work and see it on my work computer. :( Okay, so I admit I'm dumb. It didn't occur to me that smaller screens wouldn't just automatically reduce an image. Not only that but the whole thing has gone beserk. The image isn't supposed to repeat or scroll and on this computer it's doing both. D'oh

See, I came into this verse all backwards. POA first and THEN read the books so I automatically went with Harry/Hermione cos HELLO! Have you SEEN that movie????

I know exactly what you mean about POA. I think that may be why I can't help veering towards H/Hr--the movies seemed to have invested a lot more in the potential ship than the books. Anyway, I just love that movie, especially the last quarter and helloooo....how cool is that hand-slapping?? And the huggung, touching and shielding that goes on between them. *loves*

It seems to me that JKR equates attraction with discomfort and bickering, which is how she's developed R/Hr. Whereas, personally, I prefer the easy affection and the unspoken acceptance of bonds that determines Harry and Hermione's relationship. *Geek alert!*

Ah well, I refuse to let shipping ruin the sheer brilliance of the Potter!verse. I'm fine with H/G too--sorry, darlin. *Ducks missles*

In fact, I have to confess that in third place behind H/Hr, H/G I may (for the first time ever) actually be a teensny bit of an Ot3 shipper (only without the boykissing cos that ain't my cuppa tea).
