We were supposed to be getting our Sky box reconnected to the dish today. I was really quite excited about watching the England game on the actual TV tonight instead of really pixellated over the internet.
Just finally had the phonecall I've been waiting for, expecting it to be a 'he is on his way' call, and instead it was an apology call that he's delayed on a previous job and won't be able to come today. I'm booked in again for Monday after 3.30 but am really disappointed after I'd got all geared up for it happening this afternoon.
Also I was all excited about getting my veg box this morning but instead I got a note from the milkman saying that round here, veg boxes are delivered on Wednesdays not Fridays! Wish the website told you about the local variations!
