(no subject)
Blooming internet! It reappeared last night soon after I posted, has remained solid as a rock throughout today, and then tonight when I'd planned an evening of catching up on iplayer, it's gone again!
Fed up of posting via phone. Can't seem to be as fluent somehow and my posts sound stilted. Sorry.
Today I:
- got up rather later than I should have (again) following a night of broken sleep and frankly hideous dreams
- gladly waved the children off to school with Tim and went back to bed for three quarters of an hour with my book
- knitted and chatted with mrsrevj
- had a yummy and very filling lunch at Friday Fayre (wondering idly as I always do why they spell it 'Fayre' when surely it should be 'Fare'...)
- spent most of the afternoon on the sofa with iplayer, a wheat bag and a mug of tea, due to it being that rather painful time of the month
- welcomed the children home from school, again with Tim; it's been lovely to do no school runs today and I need to make the most of these times as he's moving away from Crewe soon so all the day to day parenting will be solely my job from then
- spent some time tidying my bedroom/office which was embarrassingly awful considering I nag the children about theirs so much
- mended holes in 2 newish pairs of my knitted socks which I had mistakenly washed in the machine... Oops!
- changed my bedding, I'm so looking forward to clean fresh sheets later!
- waved the younger two off to Fusion with revoz
- dropped One off at Ignite, collected younger two plus E, dropped E off at her house, returned home and packed Two and L3 off to bed
- had a nice bath and changed into clean pyjamas (to go with the clean bedding)
-sulked at lack of internet
- made a cup of tea!
Once One arrives home on the church bus, I think I may as well take myself off to bed with my book seeing as iplayer isn't going to happen this evening!
