Happy Birthday, Ki!

Your present should be done by the end of the weekend, kilerkki. If you want, I can also mail you the original. It'll take a little longer to get there, though.

Otherwise, I've had a long week. I'm not sure if it was kmegumi2 or my Astronomy professor who gave it to me, but I had a nasty cold for most of it, plus we were short-handed at work again. Then I babysat for about eight hours last night and introduced my roommate to George. That was probably the highlight of my week. They were expecting someone like Keltarian. George, however, is a giant red stuffed English bulldog I've had since I was fourteen. He's been riding around in the back of my truck since I moved in until I worked up the nerve to actually bring him into the apartment not to mention found a place to put him. At the moment he's lurking over my shoulder at the corner of the couch. My roommates like him.

In writing news, I've started dinking around with the Agedi book, which is going to end up being a fantasy/political romance...of sorts.... The first scene I wrote for it will probably take place somewhere toward the middle of the book, and I started trying to get into Bader's head tonight. As I was doing this, I got a nagging feeling that the name of the city where all the main characters meet sounded awfully familiar, but I couldn't figure out where from. I realized in the middle of church about an hour ago that Argeleon is the name of the Elves' god of Justice in kilerkki's Wings of Danger - oops! -.-; It's now Osugilith.

Question - how often does one find a book where the POV jumps around a lot in the third person, but when it's from the main protagonist's POV it's in first person? Is that just weird or somewhat common?

Anyway, I need to finish picking up my room and study for my Astronomy test on Monday. Yay no work Monday!
