Should have been expecting that
I got a verbal warning warning for not balancing today. Honestly I'm surprised it took them this long to give it. It was really bad earlier in the year, but March just killed me - no matter what I did, it seemed, I could not keep in balance. It's gotten better - I was finally over the desired percentage in May. But since I was under for three months in a row, they have to give me a verbal warning. Which also means I'm back to balancing every night for the next thirty days. Though in truth, I'm somewhat glad - at least now I don't have to balance on the sly like I've been doing. So this is a good thing.
In musical news, I figured out how to play "Mad World" on the piano! Only the most basic tune, granted, but then it's a very basic song when you get right down to it. LVA says she has the song stuck in her head. She and Mom are down in Flagstaff for her orientation right now - they get back either late tonight or sometime tomorrow, I think.
