so i don't know if you remember me mentioning the size of shijiazhuang, where i lived last year. china_maya provided an interesting stat.
Population: 8.60 million
Urban Population: 1.50 million
i guess the rest would be considered the suburbs? but china doesn't have suburbs like western countries. the burbs (at least in not-shanghai/beijing) are like villages that never end. you know, where goats wander around deserted gas stations (i have a picture to prove it) and main roads are dirt and stuff.
