It seems that my sojourn in Dundee is coming to an end. After two and a half years, I have been offered a job in the Big Smoke - yes I'm going to be moving back to England after 12 years to work in London (baby). I've been looking for a while now, I've not been excited about work for a while, and of course this has nothing to do with the lovely

Am negotating entry of person, goods and potential for a cat with "the boy". He lives in Luton, about an hour's commute away, but really well linked.

I am so out of it I didn't know there *was* a The Boy. But isn't *he* a lucky swain!

Is he a transplanted Dundonian. or a local London Boy?

No he's not a Dundonian, and I think he would be quite amused at being described as my swain! A native of Luton, he lives on a lovely estate to the north-west of that town that cannot at all be described as "dodgy" or "ex-council".
