It has been such a long time since I wrote anything. Big things happened. 4 of my family members died, making me very depressed, making me eat, and making me gain all of my weight back. I shot back up to 291 pounds!!!!! But, S helped me get back down to 280 pounds, so that's okayish. *sigh* Well, it would take hours to eplain everything, so I'm not going to.
I started a liquid fast a while ago and am doing it with Neko. NEKO IS BACK!!!!! I'm so excited. Well, not that she needs to lose weight, she's just doing it to give me emotional support. I appreciate it. S is going away until April 1st I think. So my plan is to lose a bunch of weight by then, so that when he gets back he can see a difference. 32 days. How much weight can I lose in 32 days. Hmm. I'm going to try for 30 pounds. That's a lot, but I can do it if I don't mess up.
Neko has told me that exercise will help a lot, so here's my exercise plan:
On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I will lift dumbells(50 per arm), I will jog as much as I can across the tennis court, and I will work my way to being able to do the splits.
On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I will do 50 wall push ups, work towards doing the splits, and if I can get J out of the house, play tennis.
Sunday is a rest day.
Neko said that if I do this that I will have results quickly. I was told to take my measurements, which I have done. I won't list them here, but if there is a difference, I will tell you. Hmm, I started my fast at 6 pm, so it's been just over 2 and a half hours. So far, so great.
I have a problem though. A major Science project is due tomorrow and I have only done 1/3 of it. What am I to do with my procrastinating ways? *Gasp*
I need to get my fat ass in gear. Neko will push me, but she wants me to do it by myself, so that I learn. I'm going to go get on it and I'll report back later.
