I love that you adored the awkwardness of the first part (I love insecure Lexie). During the ending scene of the last episode, I found myself looking around at all the people involved in "Girls' Night" and my heart broke for her all over again when I realized she wasn't asked.
I really like Lexie/Derek moments as well...I love that Derek sees her as his sister and is there for her unconditionally, without hesitation.
Yes, I had to throw in that nurse description, because I'm sick of people seeing Lexie as the bad guy for sleeping with ONE person while Mark sleeps with the entire world. While I agree they're both to blame, I actually think his sleeping with Addison is worse than her sleeping with Alex, because with Addison I think feelings will always be involved.
Ugh and Sloane. What to say? While you have to sympathize because she's just a kid, she really came in and messed everything up, then disappeared without ever glancing back.
