Short but really good. I kind of got misty eyed by it. I'm going to go back and read it again now. Thank you.
PS
I've been up reading other stories of yours tonight and hoping I'd get to see this. I'm glad I stayed up. Thanks for all your stories.

Heh, I love time zone differences; I posted early in the morning, before leaving for work. :)

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed... and thanks for reading!

Merci! :)

I've read this twice now, quickly before school - I have no self control on the fic clicking - and now much more slowly, going over some parts.

I think you have introduced a deliberate ambiguity here? The use of 'father' always denotes Will, yes? but Sandy is hovering too. It that Ryan needs both, the old reformed and the new dad to be complete?

You and me both. :)

Father is Will, yes. Sandy's... Sandy. But I think that by this point, they play a different role in Ryan's life, but he needs them both--in fact, I think he needs the Cohens and the Atwoods, but the latter rarely can be trusted.

Thanks!

This is good, but I like the idea of Papa Atwood as someone's prison bitch.

I know, but it's been done by more talented authors than I am. :)

Thanks for reading!!

I never should rush and multi-task. I need that tatooed somewhere. LJ is gobbling my comment.

I'll try again and try to get on the tech gods' good side...

Don't I know it. I hate when LJ gets hungry- and stubborn.
