I have a field full of wild carrots (Queen Anne's Lace) outside my house, and so was wondering if anything tasty could be made from them. They're a relative of regular carrots, and not that different in taste, apparently. This recipe came up when I did a search:

There are tons them everywhere. I've heard it said from time to time that if there is a profusion of a certain type of plant in an area, it might mean that the people living there need to eat it, or at least make a tea of it. Here's a link that covers some of its properties:
