random stuff
I've spent a lot of time cleaning & packing up some of the clutter around the house this weekend. If we are going to be able to market this place, it needs to look bigger, it needs to be clean & inviting.
We still don't have the $$ for a down payment on something bigger. The market in our area is so stagnant, it's taking (on average) a year to get rid of a condo. That should give us the time we need to get this place ready & save for a new place.
Lately, Chris has been spending a lot of time with his friends. I told him that he & I were going to do something today. I did not give him a choice. I want to spend at least a little time with him before he goes back to school. His first day back is thursday. I know that he is not looking forward to it but I am :).
Back to school also means that it's almost time to go apple picking again. That is probably my most favorite fall activity. I look forward to it every year.
