She's dressed in a fur coat, but under that is still wearing her normal attire, so feel free to wonder how she's not freezing with only a miniskirt on. Well okay, technically there is also a fur sash tied around her waist, too

[There's a rather ginger fellow wearing a candycane scarf and santa hat out in the square! He's also dressed pretty lightly for winter-- coat's unzipped-- and he's a little cold. Looks like he's doing some light shopping, maybe. Or maybe he just got bored. Whatever the case, he isn't paying attention when he bumps into Vanille.]

Ah, sorry! You okay?

[He offers her a bag full of candy first, realizes his mistake, and offers her his right (free) hand.]

Oof! [This rather ginger girl topples backwards as he bumps into her; she hadn't been paying attention, either, so had lost her balance when he caught her off guard. She looks up, though-quizzically at the candy at first, but then smiles a little and takes his outstretched hand when he offers that instead.] Oh, I'm fine!

[Vanille glances at his scarf and hat, tilting her head to one side.] Huh, I like your outfit!

[He blinks, blushes a teeny bit and then smiles brightly. She's the first person to say that! Then again, she's wearing a centerpiece around her neck or something. Whatever, he's just happy.]

R-really? Thanks! Someone told me that wearing this hat would make me feel happier. It's warm and soft, so I guess it does a good job. It's not very lucky, though... [He makes a face.]

[He reaches up and tugs his hat down a little, but the long part falls over his eyes. He moves it back.] Really? There are lucky statues and stuff where I'm from.

What I meant was that there's some kind of weird curse going on. Maybe it has something to do with this hat.

[Vanille picks up a little on that, and tries to add in some comforting with what she next says.

It is confusing-all this fuss about a tree and some guy who breaks in to leave presents! I don't get it. [She hmms thoughtfully.] But, I think if this kissing thing is just a curse, then it doesn't count! It's not anyone's fault if it's a curse, right?
