A pack of sugarless gum to chew on throughout the day when I'm feeling tempted to snack on unhealthy foods.

-Pop a Super b-12 Vitamin, 15 minutes to an hour after I wake up-

Breakfast - 4 Egg Whites and a large glass of cleansed water or a bottled water.

Lunch - A  (fruit or vegetable Salad or a bowl of (Lima, Kidney or Pinto) Beans with a full glass of Water with Special K Protein Mix.

Mid-day snack - (1) Slim Fast Optima Meal-On-The-Go protein bar

Dinner - A fat-free Yogart, and a full glass of water mixed with Special K protein water mix.

Supper - A hot cup of Herbal Tea and maybe a (fruit or vegetable) salad.

i'm totally serious.
