So I've decided the eulogy thing might be something I should keep to myself, since I'm the only one it matters to anyway. However, should you walk into my room, you might find it...well, I haven't completely decided what to do with all of it, but I have a good deal of his stuff to display. Probably not a wise move in the greiving process, but I have three of his hitai-ate, and I might move them out of my drawer and into public view...Just about everything I have regarding him I have at least two of, so I won't be at a loss should something happen.
But I guess this is somewhat liberating for me, in that I don't have to wait for him to die anymore.
Maybe I should move favoured status to...Sakura...or maybe Sai...I don't know, but it doesn't feel right. It's not the same.
On to lighter news, I think I passed my Chinese exam today (strategically and sadistically placed on the first day after returning from spring break). I studied for it it arguably the grodiest chair in the world, drinking the worst caramel latte ever known to exist. But somehow, this was a pleasant experince, probably because of the long overdue spring-esque sunlight coming from the windows. Nasty chair, shitty latte, death of Itachi, Chinese test, broken car, but somehow, life is good for a moment. It helped that there was still sunlight after I got out of Chinese schoolin. Not only that, but I came home to my aunt's dog, Bummer, whom I get to take care of and spoil while she's away in Atlanta. Oh, and I got drunk dialed by crazy West Virginian drillers who work under Ryan. And later Ryan himself. I might also add that Ryan's "Northern/Canadia-type" accent only worsens with alcohol. It was like talking to...Coach Z. At some points it mixed in with the drillers' Appalacian drawl...hard to imagine, but it's hilarious.
And because I like 129, and miss those days =(
