we just had an earthquake here

it was huge
and long lasting
thankfully i did not die
i now realize i should learn what to do in the event of an earthquake
i just ducked under the doorway with my hands on my neck and then ran outside
[i hope this is what you are supposed to do]
and now i am outside still
waiting for the hopefully nonexistant aftershocks
