These violents delights have violent ends
I just saw New Moon!
First of all, I know you guys haven't seen it yet, so
THERE ARE NO SPOILERS HERE!
My review if will come after Friday night, when I'll watch it again with my friends :) Just, for now I absolutely need to express how excited I still am :p
This movie is bloody amazing!!!! I love Chris Weitz, I do.
Kristen is so amazing; I know I say it all the time, but every word I pronounced until now seems wasted, because it can't express how watching her pain made me feel. She was phenomenal. The girl just broke my heart.
If after this I hear another word of dislike regarding this kid, I will find you and I will kill you dead.
And Robert, oh Robert. He was extraordinary. I'm just going to say he killed me in the break up scene, he was PERFECT. The scene was perfect. I mean, he was perfect in every single scene, especially in Italy -oh my God! - but in the break up and in another scene I can't reveal now it made me want to cry. Just, brilliant ♥
I was a bit worried about all that Jacob part I always skip in the book, that it was going to be too long and all that - but I can say you this: it flows so naturally you don't even notice it's time to go to Italy! Chris was wonderful, every scene was so worth seeing.
Oh, the wolves look really really good. Also Rachelle is awesome, I'm gonna miss her :( The sequence with her chasing basically everyone was so thrilling.
And finally, Alice comes, being absolutely awesome and the part I've been waiting for so long is here ♥ I can just say it was AMAZING. Robert and Kristen and their joined souls took my breath away. Jane is so fierce, thank you God - and Summit - for Dakota Fanning.
Just one thing... I was a bit suprised - I can't really say disappointed - with the reunion at first. I was so looking forward to that scene that I just lost focus when it was finally the time, I think :p

And what about that end! I caaan't say what was about, but it was EPIC. Chris is pure genius. So, go watch this movie, my beloved lj friends, and then tell me your thoughts! For my part, I can't wait to see it again :)
The only bad part, well you know that. I HATE screaming fangirls. Just imagine what happened when Edward removed his shirt... well, no, you'll hear it yourself soon :( It could have been worse, though. I randomly threw popcorns xD
ps: I know lots of reviews are surfacing and all with mixed feelings, but I think you should judge when you see the movie yourself, that's the reason why I didn't put spoilers here! How can someone tell you "you're not gonna like the movie if you didn't like the book", "E&B were passionless (WTF?!?! *points to moodtheme*)" or "the central part sucks", "that was different, not in the book, not as romantic!"? It's up to you ;)
Objectively speaking, Chris Weitz did a great job and the acting is really good, especially Kristen. No matter what. Of course the movie will be faithful to its book, but at the same time they'll have to make some changes. Let's have an open mind :)
