1. Because Judas Priest has a sound I really love, and the songs are great lyrically, and I like the style. If I really knew why, I could tell you, but I do know I've liked Judas Priest since I first heard them years ago in the car.
2. Well, if you don't count Halford's solo stuff, my next favorite band is Saxon, but I like Bruce Dickinson's solo stuff a little more.
