Katherine's romantic dramedy "Life As We Know It" which co-stars Josh Duhamel, Christina Hendricks, Josh Lucas and Jean Smart received a PG-13 rating from the MPAA today. The Warner Bros. film, which was directed by Greg Berlanti, is set for a nationwide release on October 8th.
